1. Data controller

2. Data collected

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, message and submission language. The submission date is recorded automatically. To prevent repeated unwanted submissions, an unreadable fingerprint is generated from the IP address and email. The IP address itself is not stored with the message. Please do not submit sensitive data or unnecessary data about other people.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your details are used solely to handle and answer your enquiry, provide information and prepare a quotation. Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form, GDPR Article 6(1)(a), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b). Security and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the site, Article 6(1)(f). You are not subscribed to marketing communications.

4. Recipients and security

Enquiries are stored privately and are not visible to other visitors. Access is limited to authorised people handling enquiries and necessary hosting and technical support providers under appropriate data protection obligations. Encrypted connections, access controls and submission validation are used. We do not sell personal data. Any transfers outside the EEA must be covered by a lawful mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to answer and complete your enquiry and to meet legal obligations or documented requirements relating to legal claims. You may request erasure or information about retention by contacting areppas@otenet.gr. This site does not implement automatic deletion after a specific period.

6. GDPR rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to areppas@otenet.gr. Secure identity verification may be required. Requests are generally answered within one month, subject to applicable exceptions.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr. External links to partners or maps open other websites with independent privacy policies. This version uses no embedded maps, advertising pixels or analytics tools. Fonts are served by this site.
